Site Survey
The journey to your perfect home begins by getting in touch with us and arranging your design consultation. We believe it’s important to visit your property and survey your home to truly get a feel for the space, any natural lighting, and the wellbeing you wish to create within it. It also goes without saying that the existing plumbing, electricals, and general condition are checked to ensure all potential installation issues are accounted for.
We’ll come to visit you in the comfort of your own home whenever is best convenient for you to discuss everything you’re looking for. For us to design a space which is truly tailored to your lifestyle and your personal style, it’s important for us to understand you. We listen to how you live, and how you want to live. We encourage you to be as honest and imaginative as possible and bring anything you think will help us: Pinterest boards, material samples, or even your favourite sweater.

Design
Once we complete our design brief, it’s time to get started on the design process. This is where we’re able to really differentiate ourselves from any other bathroom/kitchen company. We don’t rely on one single manufacturer, we have strong partnerships with many of the world’s leading brands to ensure that no compromise is ever made in the design. This wide selection of products means that each room is fully customizable and designed to suit every one of your personal requirements.
With one of the most advanced CAD (computer-aided design) softwares in the industry, we are able to create a to-scale 3D model of your home with an impressive level of detail. We will present this design proposal to you as full HD photorealistic images of your new space, walking you through the room, and explaining everything from the overall concept to the minute details. We’re certain you’ll fall in love with the initial design but if there are any details you’d like to change, we’re happy to make adjustments until you’re 100% satisfied.
Once you’re completely comfortable with our design proposal, we’ll ask you to commission us with your project. Until then, our service is free of charge.
Supply Only
In the instance you’d like to use your own team of fitters, we can offer you the option to purchase the products as a supply-only project. Due to the high level of detail in our designs, we provide a comprehensive fitter’s pack with descriptive floor plans and elevations, along with all of the 3D visuals. This ensures that no matter who you’re working with, your dream home can become a reality. If you or your fitters have any questions about your project, we’re only a phone call away.
Installation
Our recommended teams of specialist fitters ensure your project is delivered and installed to the highest standard. We have worked alongside these reputable, expert teams of installers since before Elder Interiors was even founded.
